Tuition hikes will not be made for California State University system


According to the university's website, the California State University (CSU) system is retaining, graduating and enrolling students at record levels and now awards over 110,000 degrees annually with 3.4 million alumni across its system. That adds up to increase of $1.6 billion for CSU over six years. Additionally, the CSU trains about half of the state's teachers.
