Jasmine Vega, 19, died after being shot at her home in Tucson , Arizona , at 4.30am on Saturday. The 19-year-old was immediately taken to the nearest hospital, where doctors made superhuman efforts to save her and her child. Virginia communities supply Christmas tree recycling


The program, which began in 1988, collects discarded Christmas trees which are then chipped into mulch and offered to the public at no cost. In the Richmond area, Henrico County offers a similar program that turns the trees into mulch. At Carolina Beach, the town is teaming up with the Cape Fear Surfrider Foundation to help restore sand dunes with recycled trees on January 20. Two Bodies Recovered From Mayo River Following Jeep Crash


The men, aged 27 and 26, went missing after their SUV was washed away in a flooded stream early on Christmas morning.
