Between 11:30 a.m. and noon, police said a 46-year-old man was waiting to board a train when Estep approached him from behind and pushed him, causing him to fall off the platform and onto the tracks. According to police, Estep was visibly intoxicated when he attacked his victim, a man he did not know, who was returning from a Cubs game.
