Stetson sophomore DB Nicholas Blakely dies after collapsing during practice


He collapsed and was taken to Florida Hospital DeLand, where he died shortly after. The school released a statement that Blakely's parents have been notified, and that Stetson head coach Roger Hughes has informed the football team. Blakely's cousin, Kenny Monday, won two Olympic gold medals and was a three-time All-American wrestler for Oklahoma State University.
