Ireland's Set to be HOTTER than Barcelona, Lanzarote, and Athens this Weekend

Comparatively, major holiday destinations in Europe are falling a little below expectations in terms of weather for the coming weekend.

Ibiza will offer temperatures of 17 degrees on Friday followed by 18 on Saturday and Sunday.

How warm could it get? .

Well, it's already starting to show its hand today with highs making it up into the high teens and maybe even low-twenties here and there.

Friday and Saturday will be much drier and warmer with temperatures heating up to the 70s both afternoons.

Confidence falls through the second half of the weekend but it looks to be turning more unsettled over the north-west with temperatures dropping more widely into the low to mid-teens by Easter Monday. According to the national meteorological service, we're looking at highs of 17 degrees - which, in comparison to recent lows sounds pretty balmy.
