'Big Little Lies' Reveals Season 2 Trailer & Premiere Date

Joining the cast is queen Meryl Streep who plays the distressed mother-in-law in search of answers as to how her son died last season.

The premiere date was revealed in a brand new trailer for the upcoming season, which stars Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Zoe Kravitz and Meryl Streep. The Monterey 5, as they are called, are all complicit in what happened and they will do whatever it takes to lie their way around it.

At the TCAs winter press tour in February (via TVLine), David E. Kelley said Season 1 "ended on a very open note" that led naturally to Season 2.
