To start casting PC games (or anything else on your computer for that matter) to your Xbox One, you must first download the Wireless Display app from the Microsoft Store and install it on both your Windows 10 machine and console.

The Wireless Display App is compatible with Xbox One controllers, which ought to make it easy to plays Steam games on your TV in Big Picture mode.

How does it all work? Anything you want to do on your PC is basically just mirrored through your Xbox One. They've added a new feature that opens up tons of potential for the Xbox One by further blurring the line between consoles and PCs. There's a 3.5mm audio headphone jack for directly connecting a wired headset, Bluetooth for wireless connectivity, and support for custom button mapping via the Xbox Accessories companion app. Your Xbox One should appear as one of the options.
