The pair, arguably America's most consistently press-worthy "it"-couple, gets a skewering in 'Kushner Inc.,' a new book by HuffPost editor-at-large Vicky Ward".

Despite the initial plans, Ivanka and Jared have outlasted them, remaining in the presidential administration and even progressing in their civil service as White House aides. "Ambition. Corruption. The Extraordinary Story of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump" is sourced from interviews with over 200 people.

Seating arrangements on flights have been problematic for White House officials throughout Trump's presidency.

Kelly is alleged to have told Trump at the time that it would be hard to give his children the sack, and later decided with him that they "would make life hard enough to force the pair to offer their resignations", The New York Times reported.

The White House has denied the allegations, according to reporting from CNN, and Axios reported that Kushner's lawyer Abbe Lowell has also vehemently denied his client nearly getting fired by the president.

Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, who himself was embroiled in scandal for reportedly wanting to use an $25,000-an-hour Air Force jet to travel to Europe for his honeymoon, was often invited by Ivanka and Jared in order to justify the trip.

The Australian Cricket board stated, "Both these players are important for the forthcoming World Cup and they will be trained well for the cup".

The Kushners and the White House have already issued denials. Ward spoke with 220 people-many of whom would only talk anonymously-over two years to craft the book. Despite the deadly violence, public anti-Semitism and racism on show from assembled neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups, the president blamed "both sides" for the tragic outcome.

As details of the gathering first came to light in news reports over a year later, a sloppy media response strategy exposed rifts between competing factions within the White House, pitting the president's recently re-shaped legal team against his inner circle, including his daughter and her husband, according to Ward.

Ivanka looked past her father's unwillingness to forcefully condemn white supremacists, telling Cohn: 'My dad's not a racist; he didn't mean any of it.

"Oh f*ck!" he exclaimed, according to the book. "It seems she has written a book of fiction rather than any serious attempt to get the facts".

"Every point that Ms. Ward mentioned in what she called her "fact checking" stage was entirely false", Peter Mirijanian told ABC News on Tuesday. "Correcting everything wrong would take too long and be pointless".
