Bill Cosby is having an 'amazing' time in prison

13 February 2019

Bill Cosby hasn't seen his wife since September but calls her three times a day - and considers prison an "amazing experience", his spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, told the New York Daily News.

Since his time in prison, Cosby has received thousands of letters as well as thousands of dollars that have been placed on his books for use at the prison, Wyatt told WCAU.

The disgraced comedian was convicted on three counts of felony sexual previous year, but his spokesperson says prison has been a hoot-and-a-half.

Bill Cosby is now behind bars after he was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

According to CNN, Cosby was moved to general population two weeks ago and is now in a single cell without a cellmate, said Amy Worden, press secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. "He doesn't want the situation to be turned into a circus", Wyatt said. "She has not visited him".

"He's mentally strong. He's just a strong man", Wyatt added.

Speaking at the Royal United Services Institute , Mr Williamson said Britain must stand up to those who "flout worldwide law". He said the £3 billion aircraft carrier's first mission is part of "making Global Britain a reality".

"He doesn't want people to try to exploit (Camille) and his daughters if they visit". Wyatt said that Cosby's been losing a lot of weight in prison - largely due to restraining himself from eating bread, dessert and drinking coffee.

Wyatt also confirmed that he, aside from Cosby's attorneys, is the only person who visited the comedian in prison.

"What's amusing about that - Mrs. Cosby has been trying to stop him from drinking coffee for 55 years and he said it took this to stop him from drinking coffee", Wyatt said.

"He does not eat in the area with other residents, he does not have a cellmate, and he does not exercise with other residents", Wyatt told CNN. Like all other general population inmates, Cosby must be accounted for in his cell seven times a day.

A jury found Cosby guilty of giving former Temple University staffer Andrea Constand a mystery medication and sexually assaulting at his suburban Pennsylvania mansion in 2004.
