This article contains descriptions of alleged sexual assault.
The victim, who can not be named, became tearful as she was questioned about the night Perth-born Worcestershire all-rounder Alex Hepburn allegedly raped her in April 2017.
She later woke to Hepburn allegedly performing a sex act on her.
"He speaks. and she realises he has an Australian accent".
Ms Heeley asked if the alleged victim had said anything to Mr Hepburn to indicate she wasn't enjoying the sex.
However, the 23-year-old cricketer has denied the allegations of rape saying that the women were awake and the act was consensual.
At the end of her cross-examination, Ms Heeley asserted: "I suggest it is a possibility that your memory of how sex with Alex Hepburn started is not completely clear?"
The complainant responded: "I was tipsy but well aware of what I was doing".
Hepburn denies raping the woman after she went home with former Worcestershire batsman Clarke in the early hours of April 1, 2017.
The group chat mentioned "freshies" and "re-heats" - said to refer to women its members had or had not slept with before.
"I had sex with Alex for about 20 minutes before pushing him off".

The caregiver was also incensed at the facility's staff, who she says should have noticed her gaining weight or missing periods. In 1998, the woman says she was pulled into a closed-door managers' meeting with then-CEO Bill Timmons.
Perth-born Alex Hepburn an all-rounder playing with Worcestershire, has been charged with two counts of rape.
Asked by prosecutor Miranda Moore QC what his reaction had been, Mr Clarke added: "I was very shocked".
"She said that she didn't want any of this to happen, to which I said "If you didn't want any of this to happen, it wouldn't still be going on".
"It was a massive shock".
"She was saying "Alex has raped me".
In the video, the woman told a police officer she had assumed she was having sex with Mr Clarke, who was of a similar height and build, before "panic set in" when she saw Hepburn.
Upon the realisation the woman, who can not be identified, called Hepburn a "sick bastard" and phoned a friend to tell her about the alleged rape, reports The Guardian.
Cross-examining the woman, who is in her 20s, Michelle Heeley QC, defending, said: 'Clarke has a large penis - did you not notice any difference in the penises?'
When Heeley asked her whether she had remained still during sex with Hepburn, she began sobbing and accepted the judge's offer of a break in the proceedings.
