It was the final game Ohio State will play with Ryan Day as acting head coach.

Ohio State football took on TCU in Arlington, Texas in one of the biggest game of Week 3.

Bosa returned to the sidelines in sweatpants in the third quarter, ruled out for the rest of the game. It appeared, on video, that Ohio State tackle Jones touched the football with his foot out of bounds out the back door, which might have caused a safety before Davon Hamilton corralled it for a touchdown and a 10-0 lead and a hint that the night would bring the formality it ultimately did not. For Ohio State fans, they should be thanking their lucky stars.

TCU was aware of Ohio State's ferocious pass rush and game-planned accordingly, relying on quick, short passes and misdirection mixed in with the occasional deep throw. Buckeyes placekicker Sean Nuernberger kicked a 20 yard field goal. The Horned Frogs gained 289 yards.

Knowing they were in for their toughest task yet, Ohio State traveled to Texas for their final test before the reinstatement of Urban Meyer.

Israel Attacks Damascus International Airport
The agency, without giving any immediate report of casualties or damage, posted footage of the air defences being activated. Israel struck in Syria on Saturday night, targeting an area near the airport in Damascus, Syrian state media reported.

But the Buckeyes sputtered after that. Myers had a nice block on a TD run by Sewo Olonilua.

Trailing for the first time this season, the Buckeyes had a chance to regain the lead on their last two drives.

Tom Orr and Tony Gerdeman preview Ohio State and TCU and ignore how bad the rest of the B1G is playing right now. But Nuernberger's 38-yard field goal attempt was wide left to keep it 14-13.

They face No. 15 TCU and coach Gary Patterson's 4-2-5 defense.
