Trump confidant says President had 'love fest' with May despite critical interview

The Sun said the interview was conducted Thursday in Brussels, before Trump traveled to Britain.

Mr Trump's intervention comes at the end of a tumultuous few days for Ms May.

The EU-27 has been clear all along that the four pillars of the single market - the free movement on goods, services, people and capital - are non-derogable.

The plan has infuriated fervent Brexit supporters, who think it would limit Britain's ability to strike new trade deals around the world.

With less than nine months to go, it is a long-delayed decision and has not been without its consequences - Davis and Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson resigned within hours of each other over a plan they said they could not defend.

Trump came down firmly on the side of the Brexiteers. "I'm just saying, I think he'd be a great prime minister". "I think he's got what it takes".

Trump went as far as to suggest that a "soft" Brexit could endanger any unilateral trade deal reached between the US and the United Kingdom.

He also said that he "would have done it much differently", referring to the Brexit plan.

The UK is seeking three agreements, on economic partnership, security and defence, and cross-cutting co-operation - monitored by a "governing body" to set the political direction of EU-UK relations and a joint committee to provide technical expertise. It was agreed by her Cabinet only last Friday after two years of wrangling since Britons voted to leave the bloc in the referendum.

Lorraine Johnston, a lawyer at law firm Ashurst, said Britain was proposing a form of equivalence which gives it what looks like a seat at the European regulatory table, even if they can not order from the menu. "That is exactly what we will do".

Sacha Baron Cohen Continues to Troll Sarah Palin
Palin says she sat through what she called a long interview full of "Hollywoodism's disrespect and sarcasm" before she walked out. Ruddick, says he's the one who interviewed her, and adds.

He is due to meet the Queen at Windsor Castle following his talks with May, before flying to Scotland for a two-day private visit and break before jetting back to the US.

There were also demonstrations close to Winfield House, the U.S. ambassador's residence near Regents Park where the president and first lady Melania Trump will spend the night.

The Government has been accused to lying to MPs faces about their plans for Brexit, according to Brexit Central.

"I don't believe that Michel Barnier will, or will be allowed to, compromise the functioning of the single market or to compromise the functioning of a common customs union". I would say Brexit is Brexit.

But services including financial services such as accounting and insurance account for three-quarters of the British economy.

Under this plan, Britain and the European Union would accept each other's financial rules to offer broad two-way market access.

May's "business-friendly" Brexit plan - which would keep Britain in a free trade zone for goods with the European Union but mean it has to share some European Union rules - was agreed by her cabinet only last Friday after two years of wrangling since Britons voted to leave the bloc in a 2016 referendum.

"There are a number of issues with the EU's current approach to equivalence - most notably that it does not cover key activities such as insurance and deposit taking". Scottish police, however, said that the balloon could not fly over the Turnberry golf club Trump owns on the west coast of the country.

Pro-Brexit Conservative lawmaker Jacob Rees-Mogg colourfully described the plan as "the greatest vassalage since King John paid homage to Phillip II at Le Goulet in 1200".

"It would deliver a principled and practical Brexit that is in our national interest, and the UK's and the EU's mutual interest".
