To-play favourite Warframe coming to Nintendo Switch

The plot is centered around members of the Tenno, a race of ancient warriors who were kept in a deep cryogenic slumber for centuries. The developers have only just recently announced that the game would be coming to the Switch, so it may actually be some time before players have any clear indication of when they'll be able to grab the game and take it on the go.

Digital Extremes' Warframe has had a great run so far on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, with over 38 million registered players.

Warframe features more than 35 unique Warframes, hundreds of weapons and thousands of customization options, the ability to upgrade weapons armor and items using a flexible mod system, and the ability to join clans, nurture pets, and explore massive new open worlds. According to Polygon, developer Digital Extremes confirmed at TennoCon that their ever-expanding title will be heading to Nintendo's revolutionary gaming console.
