Queen Elizabeth's 92nd birthday celebrations

14 June 2018

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex travel in a carriage to Horseguards parade ahead of the Queen's Birthday Parade, "Trooping the Colour".

Many royal watchers took notice of the criticism and came to Markle's defense, calling her "stunning" and "classy" as always.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be going on tour.

About 1,000 soldiers marched to House Guards Parade in Whitehall, central London, as part of the ceremony, which marked Queen Elizabeth's 92nd birthday.

The pair were spotted looking lovingly at each other while the Queen made her way into the palace.

The footage shows the former Suits star bobbing down just seconds after her sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge - with Harry seemingly muttering the instruction "Now" as he bows his head.

Volvo details new 'Polestar Engineered' S60 T8
Polestar may now be a manufacturer in its own right, but it's teaming up with Volvo for a new range of high-performance parts. Seatbelt straps are gold, too, and the auto comes with Polestar emblems and black chrome exhaust pipes.

Despite her apparent nerves, Meghan was in high spirits when she arrived on House Guards Parade with Harry in a carriage, along with the Queen's cousin the Duke of Kent.

The visit will provide an insight into how Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, will manage the duties of being one half of a royal couple. Following this, Prince Harry also spent quality time with the Mulroney's three kids, Brian, John, and Isobel. Less than a month since tying the knot, these newlyweds will embark on their first royal tour, so find out if they're coming stateside. Meghan, 36, previously revealed she would join Harry, 33, at his next Invictus Games in Sydney. While Queen Elizabeth II's husband, Prince Philip, and Kate's youngest child, Prince Louis, were not in attendance, it was a big day for the rest of the royal family. (Elizabeth II's real birthday is in April, but her parade is always in June.) And she made her debut on the iconic Buckingham Palace balcony, where she and sister-in-law Kate Middleton showed off ideal matching curtsies!

The 22-year-old from Leicester said: "I hope that people watching, that they will just acknowledge it and that they will look at it as a new change in history".

In April, the oldest member of the royal family underwent hip replacement surgery.

Regardless of how her dress was received, the event was a historic moment for Meghan, as it was the first time she appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace with her new family.
