The most exciting games from Square Enix's E3 showcase

11 June 2018

At the Square Enix E3 Showcase 2018 on Monday, June 11 (June 12, Manila time), Square Enix had a number of trailers and information drops for viewers.

A brand new game from Square Enix, Babylon's Fall takes place in the far future and perhaps mimics the fall of real-world Babylon in 500s BCE.

We're probably going to see even more of Kingdom Hearts III, considering that the trailer that was showcased at the Orchestra Concert (featuring Ratatouille and Tangled) hasn't been publicly revealed yet.

That gameplay demo was heavily focused on stealth, so if sneaking around and offing enemies before they ever see you is your style, then there could very well be a lot to love in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Octopath Traveler was also given a quick name check, while a crossover with Monster Hunter: World was announced for MMO Final Fantasy XIV Online this summer.

E3 JUMP FORCE Trailer Unites ONE PIECE, DRAGON BALL, and NARUTO
Bandai Namco has announced JUMP FORCE where the greatest heroes from various Anime & Manga universes join forces to save Earth. The trailer makes it apparent what kind of insane manga crossover battle we're about to get.

It's out next year, but only for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Just Cause 4 is a showcase for Avalanche's latest upgrade to the studio's open world Apex engine.

The video talks us through the new additions to Just Cause 4, the most prominent of these being the extreme weather system.

Square Enix's press conference, if it can be called that, was an interesting experience to say the least.
