Sea Of Solitude Is About Loneliness And Embracing Negative Emotions

10 June 2018

Following the incredible critical success of A Way Out previous year, EA is doubling down on its EA Originals program to promote indie titles.

A creepy trailer for upcoming EA Original Sea of Solitude stole the show during EA's presentation today, propelling #SeaofSolitude to trend on Twitter with more than 23,000 mentions.

"Every human being can relate to or remember the feeling of being lonely; it's not a made up story even though it takes place in a fantastic setting".

Nadal will be chasing his 11th singles title on Sunday night (AEST), if rain does not push the final to next week. The Argentinian had forced six break points during the first set but each time Nadal fended them off.

The story centres on a young woman whose loneliness is so strong that she becomes a physical monster. Her journey is nothing short of challenging since monsters lurk everywhere she goes. Has to find out why this happened to her, and find a way to turn back into a human. They are not her enemies. Given what unfolds in the first teaser trailer below, this seems to be a fair assessment of Sea of Solitude.

Sea of Solitude will be launching in early 2019, but there's still no confirmation of the platforms it will release on. The exact date and other details about the game will be announced soon.

Despite the fact that the game has been a known product for some time, its stage presence during a conference like the Electronic Entertainment Expo is arguably the hottest spotlight that has set itself on Sea of Solitude yet.
