The Honor 10 seems to take a lot of its design cues from the Huawei P20, which impressed us recently. The look is similar to the Huawei P20, from which it also packs a few of the same technical specifications. Just like in India, the brand launched only one variant having 128GB ROM in the United Kingdom which is priced at GBP 399.99 (roughly Rs. 36,800). Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, IR Blaster, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the back.
The Honor 10 comes with a 5.84-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels, which gives a pixel density of 432 PPI.
Lost legs to frostbite, 70-yr-old Chinese finally scales Mt Everest
And in 2016, he nearly had a successful climb and had only 200 metres left when a treacherous blizzard forced him to turn back. To Xia, reaching the summit "represents a personal challenge, a challenge of fate", he told Japan Times in April.
The Kirin 970 is the only second mobile SoC in the world besides the A11 Bionic on the iPhone X which comes with something called the NPU - a neural processing unit - that has a singular objective to speeding up machine learning on the device and not guzzle huge amounts of power. The GPU is the Mali-G72MP12, and the SoC also has a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU). The phone comes with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage (non-expandable). Since the Kirin 970 is a really good chipset regarding the Optimization, there is no need to worry about multitasking despite having just 4GB of RAM. The dual rear cameras are arranged horizontally on the top left-hand corner and they tend to protrude out. The rear cameras also support 3D Portrait Lighting and HDR mode. There is a 24MP front camera with Portrait Mode. The high-quality dual-camera setup (16MP RGB+24MP monochrome) is different than the P20, though, and features f/1.8 aperture, PDAF (phase detection autofocus), as well as AI-powered scene recognition, plus intelligent image stabilization. A 3400mAh battery powers the handset equipped with fast charging support via 5V/4.5A Honor Super Charge. Of course, not everyone will be able to buy one since Honor is always picky about where they launch phones, but at least the option's there if you're in a region where the device will be sold.
In Europe, the phone will cost €399 for the 64GB storage variant and €449 for the 128GB storage variant. Honor 10 is available in two colour variants: Phantom Green which derives the colours from the Aurora phenomenon in the night sky and Phantom Blue.
That aside, both have a fairly plain back, but the Honor 10's is arguably showier as its 15-layer construction causes light to dance on its surface.
