Incredible police body cam video captured the moments Shaker Heights police officers saved a baby who was choking in a vehicle parked in the middle of a busy intersection, CBS Cleveland affiliate WOIO-TV reports. Clark was merely holding his cellphone.

The shooting happened in the backyard of the man's grandparent's home, where he was staying. It wasn't until officers were around their house that they looked out the window and saw Stephon Clark lying on the ground, Stevante Clark said.

The department could not say how many times Clark was hit, and the coroner's office was not releasing information until his relatives were notified. They said nothing to journalists waiting outside.

"The only thing that I heard was pow, pow, pow, pow, and I got to the ground", said Sequita Thompson, Clark's grandmother, detailing the four shots she says she heard loud and clear.
