West Police and the McLennan County Sheriff's Office responded to the home, where a deputy saw Leon run from the back of the house toward Bush's Chicken, according to law enforcement.

Thompson said the homeowner, away at work, returned to the home and allowed police to enter. Police were making a routine check of the property but had also received a tip there might be some foul play.

Police say after viewing the surveillance video of the suspect they believe it is the same person who broke into the auto wash storage room at the Shell station. Her audio and video footage "proved to be very helpful in this investigation", according to the news release, which also said investigators were able to generate suspects and leads within hours. The suspect entered victim's vehicle and took money, sunglasses and a headset.

The new YouTube policies will be enforced starting in April, but at least two video bloggers have already been affected. Commenters on Second Amendment forums pilloried the decision, with some calling for a boycott.

No one has been arrested in connection to the burglary.

With the earlier citizen's identification of the suspects and other evidence, the police report says officers established probable cause and obtained a warrant for a home in the 2000 block of West Third Street. He was grabbed by two officers and taken into custody.

The following day, officers responded to an additional burglary alarm call around 5:15 Firelight Vineyards, 103 N. Lee St. Otto said a side glass door was busted out on the patio area.
