Iran President Cautions Muslims about Conspiracies against Quds

The Supreme Leader slammed US politicians for trying to sow discord and conflicts among Muslim countries and said: "The American officials say that they need to cause war in the region to safeguard the Zionist Regime".

The Islamic Republic of Iran has always emphasized that the main causes behind destabilization and insecurity in the Middle East are continued occupation of the Palestinian lands by the Israeli regime, the US' full and all-out support for the Zionist regime, and depriving the oppressed nation of Palestine of their basic rights to establish an independent state for their own with al-Quds as its capital.

Iran "seriously condemns" the USA decision to move its embassy to Jerusalem and its recognition of the city as Israel's capital, read a statement on Wednesday (Dec 6) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs carried by state media.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution has said a new decision to designate Quds as the capital of the Zionist regime of Israel is a sign of the enemy's "incompetence and despair". The Iranian leader, however, added that Tehran doesn't seek war. With the USA and its allies' desperate efforts to impose a compromised solution, the Palestinians have failed to even fulfill their preliminary wishes stipulated in the resolutions by the United Nations Security Council as well as the UN General Assembly. In response, we admonish; we use a language of advice; we rely on admonition.

San Antonio Spurs guard Kyle Anderson likely has MCL strain
Popovich's standard answer this season when asked about Leonard has been that he will return "sooner rather than later". Anderson has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 MCL sprain and is expected to miss two to three weeks.

Iran's President Hassan Rouhani in a phone call with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that "today, one of the priorities of the Muslim world is the cause of Palestine and confronting the illegal acts of Israel".

While the region requires stability and security, such illegal moves of the USA and Israel could push "the Palestinian state and the whole region" toward instability, Rouhani added. "The Holy Quds belongs to Muslims and Palestinians, and it is not a place in which anyone can stand against the thoughts and feelings of the people".

Moreover, in a phone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on December 6, Rouhani urged Islamic countries to be united in the face of Trump's "illegal, provocative and very risky decision". Rouhani also said Tehran will participate in the extraordinary summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
