Ryan school murder: 'CBI probing second student's role in crime'

The teenager was arrested by the CBI after an intense investigation of a month in the case. Though the agency is yet to find clinching evidence, investigators have told a juvenile court that the teen had confessed to the crime in the presence of his father, independent witnesses and the member of a social welfare board.On Thursday, the CBI had questioned the boy for six hours before taking him to some shops to find out where he could have bought the knife used to kill Pradyuman.This morning, a 15-member team took the teen to the Ryan worldwide school and went over the crime scene to reconstruct the events , As Reported By NDTV.

"My son is being tortured, he was hung upside down and brutally thrashed".

Reportedly, the accused is not good in studies and was afraid of taking the exams. They had also claimed that as per the student's close friend, he was mentally unstable. "He is completely innocent", he said.

"Only one PTM had happened till now and all teachers had praised my son's performance and behaviour, I have his marksheets", he said.

The family of bus conductor Ashok Kumar wants action against the cops who allegedly "tortured and drugged" him to force him to confess to the murder of a 7-year-old student of Gurugram's Ryan International School, according to reports. Unhappy with the police proceedings, Pradyuman's father demanded a CBI probe in the case.

The CBI has questioned 125 people, including students of classes 10, 11 and 12, in this connection and has asked for their blood samples. "The Haryana Police probe was more acceptable", said Narbir Singh, a BJP MLA from Badhshahpur constituency of Gurugram. The bus conductor has now applied for bail.
